Main job responsibility: order management, AR collection, overdue reduction, NWC improvement etc.

Your responsibilities

• Verifying the customer's contract terms before contract being signed.
• Helping sales on the analysis of the risk exposure in the contract.
• Knowing the company policy and controlling the order handling process,making inputs in contract information in SAP timely and accurately.
• Confirming delivery plan with customer before production and controlling account receivable and reduce overdue.
• Coordinating with relevant department and customer to reduce finish goods and with relevant department to solve customer’s complain and achieving business target.

Your background

• Must have bachelor’s degree, major in international trade, contract law.
• Experience in international trade/contract management in manufacture is preferred.
• Should know contract law/terms and conditions, must have basic financial knowledge with good knowledge in international trade, ERP & MS office skill.
• Must be good in English language (oral and written).
