Job Description
Responsibilities - general
* Send quotation to customer
* Response to customer on order/lead time/delivery inquiry or quality complaint.
* Receive and follow up order to be delivered to customers within target lead time.
* Regularly communicate with customers about open order status, new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
* Manage suppliers to feedback delivery date timely and deliver shipment on time.
Competencies/Skills required
Must
* Good at reading, writing, speaking English.
* Ability to persuade and influence others.
* Ability to develop and deliver good presentations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
* Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Prefer
Able to read and speak third foreign language.
Education/Experience
Must
* College or above
* Three to five years of working experience.
Prefer
* Has customer service or purchasing experience

Friday: Office to GZ East (2 hours) and FS Urban (1.5 hours)
Monday: GZ East & FS Urban to Office (2 hours &1.5 hours)
