Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer parts, return, repair, service requests interaction and processing
- Quote, part# inquiry, problem parts, pricing issue follow up and update
- Order management incl. book, bill, tracking, update, change and troubleshoot
- Entitlement checks
- Service dispatch
- Part expedite, fulfillment and delivery coordination
- Customer escalation follow up and update
- Multi-regions support for the above scope
Requirement
- 中英日語輪班人員/需配合四班二輪
- 日文檢定N1
- 多益750分以上
- 良好的團隊合作及溝通協調能力
- 優秀的電話溝通技巧,中、英日文書信溝通流利
- 抗壓性高、主動積極、細心負責
- 熟悉SAP操作,有訂單管理相關經驗尤佳
