Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Parts order processing and management
2. RMA bad parts return handling
3. Create quotation for parts and labor service
4. Service dispatch
5. Urgent shipment arrangement and delivery notice
6. Monitoring order status and keep customer updated
7. Escalate customer requirements not being met
8. Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Material Master team
9. Cross-region support for the above
10. Other supporting tasks requested by manager

Requirements

1. Willing to work 2 days on 2 days off
2. Above 2 years order management related experience preferred
3. Familiar with SAP/CRM, MS Office (Excel skill highly required)
4. Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
5. Good Communication skill / Team player/ Delicate work skill
6. Excellent telephone communication skills
7. Good communication writing skills in English and Chinese
8. Business knowledge on Import and Export business and international trade business
9. Experience on service/sales order management, Inventory management or relevant
10. TOEIC score higher than 850
