Description

Partner with Marketing, BD, Sales and Finance to accomplish accurate booking and billing of AGS Spares and Service business. Expert in finance policy and Applied business strategy to better assist Sales and ensure compliance. Proficiency in SAP CRM & ECC, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Personal traits of initiative, responsibility, perseverance, and sense of critical thinking. Superiority in spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate and timely bookings and billings for Spares and Service agreements. Ensure what we sold is within marketing guidance, we book what was sold, and we deliver what was booked. 100% compliant with corporate financial policies. Partner with Sales, Finance and Marketing to resolve issues affecting bookings and revenue. Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met. Maintain excellent communication with internal customers and stakeholders. Full understanding of AGS product strategy. Assist in solving high value problems in the CRM and ECC tools, working with GIS, finance, and the project team.
