工作职责:

• 协调QC计划和流程, 与供应商谈判确认验货日期, 并与其他运营团队合作解决问题
• 安排QC的验货行程
• 跟进 QA 审核计划，通知工厂和QC在验货时抽样寄测试
• 跟进验货项目
• 与供应商就交货和质量相关问题进行谈判，必要时通知并与其他团队合作
• 协调验货相关资料（采购订单, 批准样品, 核对清单等）提供给QC
• 整理验货结论（在必要时, 在 PD、采购和 QCM 的支持下）并且与相关的部门（采购、销售等）沟通结果
• 确保所有 QC 检验报告/记录文件的有效性
• 维护/更新 GIP QC数据库
• 管理备货日期
• 负责订单异常报告的跟踪和管理, 与供应商联系以确定、协商和确保***交期
• 协调供应商索赔

要求：

• 有责任感
• 细心
• 具有较强的独立工作能力以及良好的团队合作精神和沟通
• 熟悉数据分析，了解采购过程
• 较强的Excel表格制作能力
• 有纺织工程专业及管理经验背景者优先
• 有良好的英语沟通能力
• 一周至少提供三天以上的工作日

Order Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate QC process. Arrange QC daily inspection schedule.
• Negotiate with vendors in case of exceptions and collaborate with other Operations teams to solve the issues.
• Summarize inspection results. Organize and maintain files of all QC inspection reports / records.
• Counter check the compliance record before QC inspection, and arrange QC Inspectors to pick up compliance test auditing samples according to QC Engineer's auditing plan.
• Handle all PO changes in system on quantity, MOT, EFD and split shipment.
• Coordinate availability of inspection references for QC inspectors’ use during inspection.
• Summarize inspection results and communicate with concerned teams.

Requirement:

• Sense of responsibility
• Detailed
• Work independently as well as a good team player
• Be familiar with data analysis, understand production process
• Excellent excel skills
• Working background of textile or fabric is preferred
• Good command of English
• Be available for at least 3 days per week
