Position Description: • Replenishment order on-time release/change/change & solve all system issue during order release. • Track order ETD , pull in shipment schedule and update accurate ETD to customers timely. • Track WW hub to Country hub delivery on-time (from DN to GR) and abnormal shipment issue, etc. DOA, wrong PN • Interacts closely with planner and engineer to resolve quality issue inventory disposition ( EC, sorting, quarantine stock, rework…) • Communicate with planner & logistic & WH operator for all order& shipment status effectively. • Works with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities • Supports management to address all aspects of parts/project management #### Position Requirements: • 1~5 years working experience on order mgt. & procurement & logistic role • Familiar with ERP logic, excel or SQL. • Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing. • Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment. • Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus • Experience in supply chain role in service industry is preferable We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
