What will you do? The OM Specialist will review and process incoming orders, work with customer in the clean order process and internally through scheduling and production release. The OM Specialist will support the customer via telephone, e-mail, etc. This position will report to the Order Management Team Leader and will have no direct reports. Process incoming orders to verify all information required to complete clean order process Coordinates customer urgencies and claims with the multifunctional team starting with the scheduling and production release Collaborates with internal and external customers to meet requirement demands Drives the monthly production planning of the business with the multifunctional team Monitor, control and negotiate with customer the forecast accuracy Support the customer via telephone, e-mail, etc Analyzes the customer forecast and incoming orders Assists in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs. Identifies and resolves semi-complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations Active participation on SO&P meetings with customers What will you need to succeed?
