Job Title: Production Scheduling professional We are looking for an effective Production planning professional and demand planner focused on ensuring product deliveries on time with right quantity as per sales order, coordinating with all necessary departments. Experience in production & production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory control, supply planning, packaging planning. You should be able to ensure targets are achieved and that all SCM processes are running smoothly and promptly This is your role. What part will you play • Demand Forecasting: - Forecasting the demand requirement for the business of by using data sources such as historical sales trends, and cross functional (Sales, HQ) inputs • Demand Fulfilment: -- Co-ordinate with Procurement to ensure effective inventory management and fulfillment of customer commitment • Help tune the forecasts and inventory rules according to the demand and market trends • Ability to plan daily/weekly/monthly quarterly production planning [Target vs. Achievement]. • Follow up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation as per production flow chart production monitoring sheet. • Creates maintain production schedule and prioritizes orders for production optimization. • Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand • Demand Monitoring & Controlling: -- Maintain and report Demand Planning KPIs, such as forecast accuracy and bias • Periodic monitoring of planned vs actual volume in business; creating dashboards with HQ/ sales & internal teams to monitor progress and take corrective actions if/where needed • Need based focused Quality reporting to various management level Use your skills to move the world forward • You should be a graduate/post graduate degree in Engineering, supply chain management with 10 + years of experience • You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills • Hands on experience with SAP PP/MM Module and databases is mandatory • Hands on experience with SAP Module implementation will be added advantage • Knowledge on ISO 9001 Quality Management systems • Detail oriented, ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. • Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems. • Demonstrate personal time punctuality management skills. • Can take initiatives to perform additional duties in absence of colleagues at lower level or higher level. • Must have an attitude of go-getter.
