1) To support Order Scheduling team to drive continuous process improvement activities on order processing and replenishment processes.

2) Support productivities saving and new process set up project implementation.

3) Participate in Practical Process Improvement Kaizen project, learn 8 step problem solving method to resolve issue.

4) To establish Work Instructions and training material for order scheduling team.

5) Support Monthly KPI reporting.

6) Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts writing and documentation.
