Direct report to: Marketing Manager

Mission of the position

First priority will be Order Management – Customer Management.

The person will be responsible for the all order flow being the bridge between our customer and the company, being able to process customer request and meet their deadlines in terms of supply.

On top of it, the position requires marketing support for the sales.

Main task items

• Checking product availability (in SAP SD and directly dealing with HQ Logistic team)

• Orders’ creation on SAP

• Orders’ confirmation on SAP

• For domestic market: collecting shipping instructions from sales agents and providing instructions to 3PL

• For export market: follow up the shipping and invoicing flows

• Delivery note creation

• Goods receipt management and stock upload on SAP

• Post good issue management

• Shipping notification follow up

Supporting roles

• Ad hoc analysis (sales & pricing, market, forecast etc)

• Marketing team support (Both China domestic and export)

• Backup current structure

Major scheduling items

• Monthly closing

• Beginning of the month reporting

• Annual management plan

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as export order management specialist

• Excellent knowledge of SAP SD transactions

• Microsoft office tools

• Fluent in English

• Good communication and quantitative analysis skills

• SAP knowledge is a plus
