• Order processing in SAP.

• Order status follow up & order priority management, closely monitoring rush order / project order till delivery.

• Proactively work with sales, logistics, finance and other functions to achieve a seamless flow of product to the customer.

• Monthly / daily order status report to monitor the order process and capture the abnormal orders and propose solutions.

• Handle incoming enquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner.

Requirements:

• College graduate or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years relevant working experiences is preferred.
