Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Responsible to receive and review timely and accurate processing of manual orders as well as reviewing issues related to orders received electronically.
  • Receive and drive timely resolution or closure of standard/routine order-related customer queries, complaints and feedback received through different channels (i.e. phone, email, website).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support by acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries through various channels in a timely manner. 
  • Perform validation and resolution of customer complaints including liaising with appropriate internal Bayer functions and/or directly with customers. 
  • Process and ensure that all return requests comply with Bayer Return policies including appropriate approval and documentation. 
  • Perform process controls (ICS, ICM, BPC) as described in the desktop procedures. 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • University/Technical career student with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. (Preferably) 
  • Experience in Customer Service environments, contact centers and/or related Order-to-Cash processes. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Highly Customer oriented. 
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools. 
  • Experience working with SAP for financial processes and systems highly preferred. 
  • Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written forms, minimum C1 degree of competence 
  • Ability to prioritize, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task.
