Supply chain planning
- Monitor whole supply chain of new car from the production to dealer delivery to identify problem source on a regular basis
- Evaluate current situation of supply status at every node
- Evaluate stock overview report and identify problem source and report with implication timely
- Analyze “Holds & delays” and communicate with related internal & external stakeholders to track holding status properly and release the cars promptly
- Report supply status with implication to ExCom (Integrated campaign and supply report)
- Initiate own idea to implement Supply chain & Logistics guideline and keep it up-to-dated
- Arrange plant campaigns schedule per car via communication with HQ and VPC team

Shipping Arrangement
- Identify supply lead time trend and problem source early and improve early problem alarming system
- Monitor supply information periodically and report with implication timely
- Collaborate and communicate with related internal stakeholders, vendors and agencies to stabilize supply chain
- Initiate the prioritization of transportation considering the market demand and vehicle availability to secure proper level of sales availability
- Develop efficient ship-back process and coordinate it with related internal stakeholders, vendors and agencies
- Consult and arrange special transportation such as airfreight transportation, carnet case for display, event purpose
- Validate correctness of incoterms and shipping documents
- Identify changes on Freight charge and report timely
- Manage Invoice cancellation with HQ
- Initiate and coordinate Cancellation agreement
- Initiate FTA subject

Inbound Management
- Inbound planning and operations
- Coordinate and communicate with related internal stakeholders, vendors and agencies on vehicle transportation
- Coordinate and arrange a special transportation case ex. Event/Display/Carnet
- Vendor payment settlement
- Improve vendor payment system
- Inbound transportation route management
Storage management
- Identify storage shortage early and report with implication timely
- Collaborate and communicate with related internal stakeholders, vendors and agencies to coordinate storage allocation timely
