Job Description
Job Duties :
- Responsible for all production functions and processes for Indian and South Eastern Asian Cuisine
- Maintain high standards of day-to-day operations in kitchen and food presentation
- Formulate menus in line with customer expectations for South Eastern Cuisine and traditional Indian Cuisine
- Monitor the operation to comply with all local regulations as well as all policies and procedures of Sodexo and the client (e.g. HACCP, quality assurance, safety, operations, HR)
- Assist in stock management and cost management
Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in hotel and catering industry
- Competent knowledge of Indian cuisine and South Eastern Cuisine and large scale food production
- Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skills in both Cantonese and English are preferred
Place of work:
1. Jordan (Monday to Friday, 05:00 - 16:00 / 07:00 - 18:00 on shift)
