• Responsible for Otezla launch readiness, marketing program development and execution. This role will be led by the Sr. Marketing Manager for Otezla China to analyze business opportunities and develop plans to unleash hospital potential.

Key Accountabilities:

• Turn market understanding & customer insights into actionable business tactics
• Keep good communications with external customers and internal stakeholders
• Strive for execution excellence
• Comply with all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices.
• At least 5-year working experience, working experience in dermatology area is preferred.

Key activities:

• Design, manage and implement promotional activities and strategic projects with high quality, and meet timeline and budget goal.
• Develop promotional material
• Provide training of product & strategy to sales & other function teams.
• Generate insights through market and brand performance analysis, contribute to brand strategy and tactics development
• Pilot on innovation projects
• Coordinate with Medical, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, Finance and other cross-functional partners
