Lenovo is seeking a talented Outbound Operations Manager. There is a vital
need for an Manager and leader who can both support the current business
requirements while helping Lenovo ascend to the next level and beyond.

Role:
• Manage all Outbound Operations in the Monterrey, Mx plant
• Identify escalations and develop resolution and actions plans
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to provide
performance of the highest caliber - including operations, quality,
performance trending, and process improvement
• Communicate effectively and assertively with staff, employees, suppliers and
internal function to ensure world class service is provided
• Provide material and participate to support the Global Logistics team on top
projects related to cost savings and improving customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational performance management of outbound operation.
• Take a lead role in the operational management of all outbound functions,
and the ability to provide clear concise communication to team, managers and
executives.
• Ensure Outbound Operations team meets the agreed KPIs and deliver “Best in
Class” service to internal and external Lenovo customers
• Support development of an effective BMS to identify & quantify root cause
issues
• Ability to proactively identify operational short comings, mitigate impact
to Lenovo, and communicate issues with clear and concise action plans

#### Position Requirements:


• Bachelor Degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain Management required
• 5 - 7+ years working in 3PL, Shipping or Logistics Network with minimum of 3
in management
• Broad knowledge across all methods of operations with focus on cost savings
and efficiency
• Ability to analyze ambiguous data to derive cost and trend analysis
• Effective interpersonal skills for co-ordination and management of
distributed international teams
• First class customer service skills and approach
• Confident and “Can Do” attitude coupled with drive to deliver results and
professional integrity
• Dynamic and high performing individual with keen analytic and problem
solving abilities
