We are looking for junior facilitators for team building events in Shanghai. It is a part-time job, that means we need extra facilitatorS once in a while to support our senior facilitators.

During our team building events, we need facilitators to take care of their game or team throughout the event. As all our activities are outdoor, there is a lot of running. The facilitator job is to make sure everything is going smoothly with his/her team or the game he/she is responsible of. He/She distributes clues, overview challenges, cheer up the team, write down the chrono time and scores, and sometimes takes notes related to the performance.
