Outlet Supervisor

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As an Outlet Supervisor, you will control and orchestrate the service of the outlet and maximize customer satisfaction through anticipating guest requests, responding to special requests positively.

What you will be doing:

• To take soul responsibility for the Outlet during the shift, allocating team members their duties and monitoring the smooth running of the outlet
• To have additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift, such as schedules, incentives for sales and training
• Delegate specific tasks to associates to ensure the smooth running of each table
• To attend to all guest requests

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

Your team and working environment:

• Working a fast paced team environment
• Shifts will be during the day, evening and weekend
• Must be eligible to live and work in Vietnam
