Hotel Overview
Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a1,200 square meter ballroom.

What you will be doing:
Reporting to EAM of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Directs and controls all subordinate Food and Beverage staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
- Provides guidance and assistance to the Outlet Assistant Managers helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and helping them to set their own goals and objectives.
- Oversees the service standards of all outlets ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in all Food and Beverage outlets to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Assists the EAM of Food & Beverage by participating in the preparation of the Food and Beverage promotion plan and executes specific promotional activities as directed.
- Assists in the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget and monitors and controls the performance of the individual outlets.
- Assists in monitoring and controlling the hotel’s OE inventory and participates in inventory taking.

- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
