About this Opportunity
We’re proactively looking for an Outreach & Communications Coordinator to support our hospital's ‘Corporate Membership Program’ and develop the Chinese local market in Beijing. If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please apply this job.

What you will do:
1. Responsible for developing hospital’s ‘Corporate Membership Program’ to key account companies, Embassies, international schools, organizations and the international community.
2. Responsible for developing the Chinese Local Market, promoting the hospital’s key services, clinics, doctors, and technologies to the community.
3. Act as the primary source of contact for corporate client complaints, liaising with relevant departments for solutions and facilitating appropriate responses.
4. Initiate and coordinate new event and marketing opportunities on an ongoing basis.
5. Be a “brand ambassador” at all events and when meeting members of the public.
6. Adhere to the marketing budget and help the Marketing Manager to develop appropriate spending plans for future budgets.
7. Provide ongoing research and summaries of competitors

What we expect from you:
1. Proactive, self-motivated and driven individual willing to learn.
2. 5yrs+ of marketing experience in healthcare industry.
3. Good interpersonal skill, customer sensitive and focused.
4. Excellent project management with good documentation and presentation skill.
