Are you great with numbers? Do you know how to improve outside counsel management? The GGC COO is looking for someone like that who can help us:
• define and implement the outside counsel management strategy for outside counsel engagements to optimize costs and increase value
• analyze, assess and implement improvement measures along the front-to-back outside counsel engagement process
• drive planning and forecasting of outside counsel fees
• compile and analyze financial information related to outside counsel fees and establish corresponding presentations for key stakeholders
• improve reporting on outside counsel fees and engagements
• maintain the policy framework and standards related to outside counsel management
• constantly improve various outside counsel management related processes (like e.g. bill auditing, maintaining the preferred vendor / outside counsel list, controls, accruals)
• effectively partner with Group Corporate Sourcing, Group Finance, all UBS business divisions and ChainIQ (UBS’ procurement vendor)
• in collaboration with colleagues and inhouse counsels, improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of outside counsel management
