We are looking for motivated, adaptive sellers who have a passion for helping customers make purchasing decisions within our Power Quality business. In this evolving marketspace the applicant should be comfortable in uncovering & processing information from range of sources to help Eaton and our partners seek out opportunities for growth. You should have experience of transforming end user/partner relationships by demonstrating how you help clients understand the offer and support the needs of markets they are managing, bringing these to successful outcomes. You will have demonstrable experience of delivering end to end projects from creation though to measurement of effectiveness and identification of areas for improvement. You should be capable of achieving goals through deploying the resources available to you within the wider team and will have an excellent understanding of the Power Quality segment. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, matched to a clear understanding of strategy and our customer needs. The successful candidate will have a high degree of understanding and operating within the consultant contractor electrical industry. FUNCTIONS: Be the business-to-business interface between our end customers, contractors and consultants and Eaton to facilitate the setup and the follow-up from content, data, sales and marketing perspective Responsible for implementing an account plan to achieve the sales quota for the Power Quality segment. Able to understand and relay the energy transition roadmap that we are on, bringing the power quality and Software elements together in a single solution. Manage and develop existing pipeline whilst also developing new opportunities through both sales activities and new product introductions. Setup forecasting between the portfolio and his/her line manager according to the annual Profit Plan and will be agile to adapt permanently to the demands faced Plan, setup and follow marketing action plans in collaboration with central team – Marketing digital capabilities is an important added-value (SEO, keywords, etc…) Develop a complete network across the segment to be able to manage and monitor a complete eco-system Having data management skills is an added value to be able to manage and follow content for customers which is critical part for sales Apply pricing policy in agreement with central team and local objectives Build strong relationships with the Power Quality, Marketing and Central teams whilst also improving relationships with back-office support functions. Attend Eaton and customer events and trade shows along with Quarterly review meetings where they will be expected to be an active participant. This Role will be an Outside Sales Role based from home with more than 50% travel.
