Overnight Cleaner/Steward

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
• Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
• Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
• Valid Food Handlers Card must be obtained within 30 days of employment

Your experience and skills include:

• Organized and a great team player
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene

Essentail Job Functions:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and place a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
• Must be able to bend, stop, and wipe frequently
• Must frequently immerse hands in water
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
• Must be able to perform duties while constantly walking and standing
• Must be able To understand and follow directions
• Must be able to understand and meet restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence
• Must be able to remain focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced
• Must be able to work effectively with kitchen staff
• Must be detail-oriented and thorough
