Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• cleaning and maintaining all public and back of house areas to a high standard
• understanding and adhering to health and safety regulations in regards to the usage and storage of cleaning agents
• monitoring and adhering to cleaning schedules in line with Covid-19 directions
• answering the phone and managing guest requests 
• operating the fire safety systems out of the operating hours
• maintaining security and safety on the property

As a successful candidate you will have:

• Availability to work night shifts
• A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
• A good eye for detail & previous cleaning, customer service or hospitality experience
• Excellent communication skills & a high standard of grooming and presentation
