What you will be doing:

• Working shifts from 11pm to 7 am
• Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces
• Washing and restocking dishware
• Keeping work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
• Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
• Washing and restocking all china, silver, glass and kitchen utility.
• Sweep floor, empty recycling, and garbage can and crush all boxes.
• Main kitchen maintenance and cleaning (hallways, ceiling title, floor and production table).
• Swipe, Mop and clean bar area.
• Clean all mats, floors and fridge.
• Must be familiar with emergency evacuation procedures and all HAZCOM information.

 

 

Physical Requirements Include:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
