The Job Summary:
Manage the oversea business programs, interfacing with customers, and coordinating
internal resources and communication to ensure the program progressing on schedule and
within budget control, and control the margin to the target per finance rule, in order to meet
customer needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
1,
Set up program timelines with customer and task based schedules to meet customers’
needs, and facilitate program implementation to achieve milestone of each project on
time.
2, Coordinate timely submission of product samples for test or certification, and push team to
finish the test and certifications to meet customer requirement.
3, Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure product development completed on time per
customers’ requests.
4, Conduct regular team meetings with internal team and customer, establishing action items
and deadlines for activities projects
5, Check with customer for the legislation requirement, and ensure the cargos meet the import
and export regulations.
6, Manage the production and delivery towards customer, and coordinate with internal team
to achieve the on-time delivery as per contract or agreement.
7, Provide regular project reports showing status of each program in development. To achieve
the program delivery per customer’s requirement or contract demand.
8, Manage the program finance, and approve the budget, and make sure the program finance
is within control as per financial requirement.
9, Track expenses, cost, and timing for each program, reporting any variances and suggesting
solutions to bring program back to right track.
10, Coordinate communication with team towards Customers, ensure appropriate and
effective communication with Customers.
11, Work as an individual contributor on assigned program.
12, as half role of sales to work with customer, and track the commercial needs between
customer and company,
Qualifications and Skills
1. 8+ years of program management experiences in Energy storage system PACK or Electronic
vehicles PACK or automaker field or Cell manufacturing industry with 5 years at least
2. Work place is Nanjing
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business or ME/EE or relevant discipline.
4. PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project and PowerPoint etc.
5. Previous project budget and resources loading knowledge/experience.
6. Previous experience in dealing with customer and internal department with good
communication skills.
7. Previous experience in working in lithium ion new energy of companies or foreign
company are preferred.
8. Familiar with new product development process, flow, gate milestone and tools.
9. Frequent travels are required.
10. strong business sense and big customer following experience are preferred
11. Team work spirit and good communication are must. Strong in cross cultural
communication.
12. Proficient English speaking and writing. Can lead conference call with oversea customer.
13. Prior experience in working or living abroad is the best, but not a must
