Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide day to day leadership to oversea (US) warehouse team, establish and improve the overseas warehouse management system and management process, inventory management;
2. Based on business goal, establish and perfect work flow, work out and optimize operation regulation;
3. Responsible for local staff recruitment,training and performance appraisal;
4. Coordinate and communicate with relevant business departments;

The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in E-commerce, logistics management, warehouse management or related field work experiences will be a plus;
2. More than 3 years experience in warehouse related position, working experience in well-known enterprises is preferred;
3. Good communication, expression and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility, good problem solving ability and analysis and judgment ability.
4. U. S. Work permit or U. S. Green Card preferred;
