职位描述

1. Make a business plan of After Sales Service in operations, including service standard, system, etc.

2. Oversee regional business in the achievement of service and spare parts.

3. Making sure CRM is running smoothly and in line with business development

building & maintaining relationships with key account customers.

4. Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.

5. To do the management and system optimization of After sales service providers in the regions.

6. Implement other assigned tasks.

任职条件

More than 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry, some engineering background necessary.

Familiarity with after sales service business.

Strong ability of adapting to the different regional and cultural behavior, and be able to take business overseas.

Strong desire for achievement, goal orientation and strong execution.

Proficient in English as a working language, German / Russian / Persian / Spanish / Arabic / French with priority.
