Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Develop an overall brand marketing strategy based on in-depth understanding of users, markets, and competition.
2. Lead the formulation of marketing strategies/plans and collaborate with marketing-related departments to execute marketing plans, including creative/advertising/PR/social media/EDM.
3. Collaborate with departments such as product and operations to allocate resources needed for brand marketing strategy to achieve brand goals.
4. Guide the development of high-quality and effective marketing materials aligned with the overall brand strategy.
5. Expand new brand traffic and user acquisition channels in overseas markets, including but not limited to brand partnerships, joint marketing activities, alliance marketing, and other new marketing opportunities suitable for the brand. Make optimal use of all growth opportunities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university, with at least 8 years of experience as a marketing manager.
2. Prior experience in marketing and digital marketing at renowned brand companies is preferred.
3. Enthusiastic about building brand marketing and promotion strategies from scratch/limited foundation. Experience in brand integrated marketing campaigns or e-commerce marketing activities, with comprehensive project management skills from planning, execution, delivery, to analysis and strategy output.
4. Extensive experience living in Europe or the United States, with preference given to those with marketing work field experience at European or American branding companies.
5. Strong skills in data analysis, logical and systematic thinking, excellent communication, and coordination skills for effective cross-department communication and coordination.
6. Proficient in English.
