• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.
• Responsible for strategic planning and developing business for the company.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market, competitors and identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
• Understand well marketing, public relations, retention strategy, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Build trust and long term relationship with potential clients.
• High level of communication skill, team work and learning ability.
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Not limited to the above, other tasks may be arranged with leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, finance or related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing or related field such as public relation or others.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and multitasking.
- English speaking, writing and reading
- Chinese knowledge and culture
