Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for keeping in touch with video game companies or animation & film production companies in North America and Europe, exploring cooperation opportunities.

2. Responsible for business development in North America and Europe in following fields: game art outsourcing business, animation & film art outsourcing business, full level business and game co-development business.

3. Responsible for introducing IPs from North America and Europe to Mineloader, promoting and publishing them in Chinese market.

4. Responsible for the approach, agreement making, prices settling, project tracking, etc., of above projects.

5. Responsible for maintaining good customer relationship, helping to address problems when issues happen between production team and customers.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in video game or animation & film production industry with strong interpersonal relationship in either industries; Experience with outsourcing companies will be preferred;

2. Familiar with game industry or animation & film production industry production workflow; Familiar with different forms of art regarding games, animation, comics and films.

3. Market-oriented, in-depth understanding of market trends and customers’ requirements.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral English communication skills.
