We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Overseas Business Development Specialist to serve as a key executor of our global strategy. You will be responsible for exploring new international markets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and enhancing our brand's global influence and market share through various channels—particularly renowned international industry exhibitions. Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy Development:
Conduct research and analysis of target overseas markets, including competitors, channel structures, and customer needs, to provide data-driven insights for market entry strategies.

Exhibition Planning and Execution (Core Responsibility):

Research and select relevant industry exhibitions worldwide, and develop an annual exhibition plan.

Manage end-to-end exhibition processes, including booth reservation, design and setup, shipment of exhibits, and preparation of promotional materials.

Represent the company at exhibitions, engage with global clients, introduce products and solutions, and actively gather potential leads.

Handle customer negotiations, relationship maintenance, and market intelligence collection during exhibitions.

Conduct post-exhibition evaluations, follow up on leads, and prepare analytical reports.

Customer Development and Relationship Management:
Proactively identify and develop overseas distributors, agents, and key end-customers through exhibitions, B2B platforms, social media, industry associations, and other channels.

Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online/offline promotional activities for overseas markets, such as digital marketing campaigns and technical seminars.

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in customer follow-ups, quotations, contract negotiations, and other tasks to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business English, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseas business development or international sales. Candidates with proven success in independently managing overseas exhibition projects will be prioritized.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to conduct business negotiations, presentations, and written communication effectively.

Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, Japanese, Russian) is a plus.
