Role Description:

Overseas Financial Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the accounting team at shared service center for overseas entities.

Key Responsibilities:

1、 Review journal entries of overseas companies and the monthly financial statements

2、 Ensure the monthly closing for overseas companies are completed timely and with quality

3、 Be responsible for the tax and other filing for overseas entities

4、 Keep timely communication with local finance team in foreign countries and help solving accounting-related problems of overseas entities

5、 Develop processes in response to changes in the business environment

6、 Initiate continuous improvement to increase efficiency

7、 Cooperate with external auditors, timely deliver the financial information to third-parties and regulators when necessary

8、 Schedule necessary trainings for team members’ skill development

9、 Complete other work assigned

Qualifications:

1、 Be skilled at Excel and SAP

2、 Minimum five-year working experience in foreign invested entities, with at least two-year team leader experience

3、 Fluent oral communication, reading and writing skill in English

4、 Cooperation and collaboration spirit

5、 Trouble shooting and problem solving skill

6、 Bachelor degree or above major in accounting or auditing

7、 ACCA\CIPCPA\AICPA preferred
