**Position Title: Overseas Live Sales Anchors**
**Location:** Shenzhen, Guangdong
**Salary:** hourly rates 250-300 per hour , work visa provided (Sales Position)
**Work time:**6pm arrives 6.30-9.30pm 5 days a week ,with extra pay for continuing 7 days live sales

### Job Responsibilities:

1. **Live Sales:** Showcase children's 3C electronic products on overseas live streaming platforms, conveying brand philosophy and product features. Engage users through lively introductions and interactions to stimulate purchasing desire and facilitate orders.
2. **Fan Interaction:** Actively communicate with fans to create a vibrant live atmosphere. Utilize strong logical thinking and quick response abilities to deliver high-quality content, enhancing viewer engagement, audience numbers, and interaction rates.
3. **Data Analysis:** Flexibly adjust the pace and dialogue of live streams based on real-time feedback, organizing, analyzing, and reviewing live data to continuously optimize key performance metrics.
4. **Content Planning:** Participate in pre-live operational planning and assist in shooting relevant short video content to drive traffic to the account and live stream.
5. **Product Promotion:** Familiar with overseas live streaming operations, capable of clearly articulating product selling points, digging deep into user needs, and proficient in using auxiliary tools.

### Requirements:

1. **Language Skills:** Proficient in British English; female candidates preferred, aged 25-35.
2. **Work Experience:** Previous experience as a host or assistant host preferred; bachelor's degree or higher.
3. **Platform Knowledge:** Understanding of the operations of various overseas live streaming platforms.
4. **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal skills and emotional intelligence, with clear thinking and quick reactions to engage the audience effectively.
5. **Team Spirit:** Excellent teamwork skills and strong execution ability.
