Job responsibilities:
1. Assist supervisor in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation;
2. Assist in the preparation of various documents required for external outreach with financial services institutions in the crpto space.
3. Assist the management team with overseas project implementation and follow up;
4. Assist with maintaining relationships with overseas customers
5. Other tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Law degree (J.D., LLM, etc)
2.Working experience in an English speaking environment is preferred;
3.Mandarin speaking is a must
4. Strong execution and willing to travel (10%) if needed.
