Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing product strategies and plans for overseas markets, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning;
2. Responsible for communicating with overseas customers and partners to understand their needs and feedback in order to adjust product sales and R&D strategies;
3. Responsible for pre-sales technical support to overseas customers, including customer visits, technical explanations, solution development, sample follow-up, etc.;
4. Responsible for the landing of overseas customer sales orders, including the drafting of equipment contracts and business negotiations;
5. Assist in post-sales technical support to overseas customers, including equipment installation assistance and post-sales technical assistance;
6. Participate in the formulation of pricing strategies and sales channels to ensure the competitiveness and profitability of products in overseas markets;
7. Research and understand the laws, policies, and cultural differences of overseas markets, and formulate corresponding product strategies and promotion plans.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation, materials and other related majors is preferred, English can be used as the working language;
2. Malaysian nationality,Overseas study background and overseas working experience are preferred;
3. Have a strong concept of customer service, a strong sense of responsibility and a good team spirit, able to work under pressure;
4. Have a strong learning ability, can actively learn new products and new technologies;
5. Able to take the initiative to undertake various work, with strong independent analysis and problem solving ability.
