Job Description

Job description:

  • Responsible for the expansion and implementation of overseas campus recruitment projects, communication and negotiation with clients for employer branding programs
  • Responsible for collecting relevant data of overseas markets, the needs of overseas students and new products development

  • Responsible for the process optimization of overseas project execution

  • Responsible for the development and docking of overseas suppliers

  • Perform other daily tasks required by the project


Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal communication skills, language skills, flexible and excellent ability to solve problems
  • Strong working responsibility and team management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong ability to make program planning, produce and present proposals; ability to independently undertake the project's overall planning and operation

  • A deep understanding of overseas recruitment, human resources, overseas study and other knowledge; familiar with all aspects of the company's business

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • At least two-year related working experience

Qualification:

  • Responsible for project preparation and project bidding independently
  • Study abroad or have relevant work experience

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, with PS experience preferred
