Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing strategies for CATL global communications, especially in Europe
2. Writing/polishing press releases and statements, preparing Q&A for interviews and drafting/polishing speeches for executives
3. Reviewing and polishing all English materials to be shared externally, including press releases, social media content, executive speeches, etc.
4. Supporting international media relations, organizing interviews with executives, especially in Europe
5. Planning and implementation of targeted communication for PR/corporate image related trade fairs, events, exhibitions and conferences
6. Handling media crises in CATL overseas presence with confidence and professionalism
7. Supporting HQ PR work and coordinating with overseas subsidiaries

Requirements:
1. Education: bachelor's degree and above, majoring in communications/journalism
2. Knowledge: international media/public relations/marketing; knowledge in battery/automotive industry a plus
3. Skill: good writing in English; good inter-personal communications skills
4. Experience: 1-3 years' experience in media/public relations, the selection of qualified candidates can be expanded to include recent graduates
5. Language: native speaker of English, expert in Chinese language and culture, speaking more languages is a plus
6. Others: work well with a multi-cultural and diverse workforce, able to work independently and under pressure, mature and resourceful
