I. Job Overview
This role is in charge of sourcing high-end talents specializing in International Relations across Europe, the US, Australia and other regions. The incumbent shall have sharp insight into talent evaluation and solid hands-on experience in headhunting and recruitment, covering the full-cycle work including talent demand analysis, recruitment channel development, resume screening, in-depth interviews and candidate background verification.

II.Key Responsibilities
1.Talent Needs Analysis:Accurately interpret the profile of overseas part-time researchers (including professional background,language proficiency,research fileds,etc.)base on project requirments and formulate precise recruitment strategies.

III.Qualification and Requirments
1.Educational and Background:
·Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, International Relations, Journalism or related majors is preferred.

2.Work Experience:
·Native English speakers or candidates with fluent English proficiency are preferred; priority will be given to those keen on cross-border recruitment with proven track records of independently managing overseas recruitment projects.

3.Professional Skills:
·Proficient in utilizing diverse recruitment channels; strong capabilities in information collection and screening.
Possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build effective connections with highly educated talent pools.
·Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing (English used as working language).
