Overseas recruiter/Manager

Job Description:

1. Responsible for writing English JD, releasing job requirements, discovering overseas candidates through Linkedin, Google, GitHub and other platforms, and inviting them for interview.

2. Assist the smooth development of overseas Hacker meet up, actively participate in overseas Hacker series activities, expand recruitment channels, and dig out potential candidates.

3. According to the development needs of the company, establish and improve the overseas recruitment process, establish reserve talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism.

4. Maintain overseas recruitment channels, establish overseas communities, participate in brand activities of overseas employers, and accurately identify target talents.



Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or English related field;

2. English can be used as the working language. Candidates who have passed CET-6, with excellent scores in TOEFL and IELTS, or have overseas study experience are preferred;

3. Have relevant working experience in the Internet industry, and have some understanding of big data and database products;

4. Careful, serious, responsible, strong writing skills, strong communication and coordination skills and language expression skills.
