Overseas Regional Manager/Grand Regional Manager
Educational Background and Major Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, International Trade, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
Work Experience:
5-10 years of export experience in the overseas light commercial vehicle market.
Market Knowledge and Skills:
Have a very good understanding of the overall situation of overseas markets, and a clear awareness of the regulations and product requirements of different markets.
Be able to quickly assess the strength of partners and identify the difficulties in their operation and management, and provide corresponding solutions.
Language and Office Skills:
Be able to communicate with customers without barriers in English during daily work.
Be familiar with various office software and be able to independently write and present various report materials.
Business Negotiation and Planning Abilities:
Be able to independently conduct business negotiations with dealers, formulate annual order plans, as well as plans for advertising promotion, after-sales service and training.
Work Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain solid relationships with major customers, identify and utilize new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Involved Regions:
Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, North Africa
