Job Description
job requirements:
Bachelor degree: Bachelor degree or above, international trade, Business English, marketing, foreign language or related major first, master's degree priority (foreign countries only).
English as a mother tongue, skilled in handling English mail, contract and business negotiations, and have a good Chinese level, master other small languages is preferred.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business negotiation skills.
Adapt to the business trip or flexible working time, with a certain ability to resist pressure, execution.
Familiar with international trade processes (such as letter of credit, customs declaration, logistics, etc.), understand foreign trade terms (Incoterms);
Proficient in using Office office software (Excel, PPT), CRM system (such as Salesforce) and B2B platform (such as Alibaba International station);
Basic market research and data analysis capabilities, market sensitivity, with the ability to independently develop customers and solve problems.
position statement:
Jointly develop new overseas customers (through B2B platform, exhibitions, social media, search engine, etc.), expand target markets; maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up customer needs, improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate;
Investigate overseas market trends, competitors' dynamics and customer needs, and put forward targeted sales plans;
Participate in the formulation of overseas marketing plans (such as online advertising, trade exhibitions, local marketing).
Business negotiation of overseas customers, control the price, payment terms, delivery terms and other core content;
Review and sign sales contracts to ensure compliance with international trade rules (e. g. Incoterms) and the interests of the company.
6. Cross-departmental cooperation, coordination of supply chain, logistics, finance and other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth recovery of payment;
7. Handle customer complaints and after-sales service problems, and improve the brand reputation.
8. Support the daily operations of overseas sales teams, including order processing, customer communication and data management.
