Job Descriptions:

Support the sales manager to make sure the order delivered in time. You need responsible for hole progress including official paper work,coordinate the factory and shipping agent,paper declaration papers，Filing Documents etc.
1.Making quotation performance invoice BS/L etc. 50%
2.Controling the produce progress make sure all shipment ready in time.5%
3.Supervision the quality of the product by regular spot check test.15%
4.Contact the shipping agent booking cargo space get the shipmnet loaded in time.5%
5.Supervise the shipment loading at factory and take pictures of the hole progress as record.15%
6.Filling the documents and delivering the sample and etc.

About the work place 80% office building in the shopping mall 20% at factory.But must stay in the factory 2months at the beginning.
