Job Description
Overseas Sales / Business Development(BD)
Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for professionally and effectively representing Jinjia Global
2. Find and follow new sales leads, research the market and industry trends, identify sales and services that would appeal to new clients
3. Build trust and long-term relationships with new customers
4. Communicate with customers their project details, find solutions for customers
5. Target expanding new cooperative opportunities and winning new business
6. Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
7. Brainstorm with the BD team mates to create/improve new project strategies and sales pitches
8. Review timeframes and budgets, execute sales objectives, Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data
9. Other work if required, like drafting business analysis reports, attending trade shows.
Qualifications
1. More than 2 years of Brand Packaging industry experience driving large enterprise Accounts will be highly preferred
2. Successful B2B sales experience, or foreign trade experience, or end consumers development experience will be preferred
3. Proven track record of developing, communicating, and driving strategic programs
4. Thrives in a fast-paced environment
5. Collaboration and relationship-building skills – with the experience to develop working relationships at all levels of management
6. Foreigners already based or willing to stay in SZ would be highly preferred
