Job Description
Position Responsibilities
According to the company's overall sales and global layout strategy, formulate sales strategies and plans in combination with the situation of the European and American markets, organize their implementation, and achieve sales targets.
Be responsible for the development of the company's products in the European and American markets, channel development, as well as the sales and maintenance of existing customers, order follow-up and project management.
Be responsible for the establishment of the regional channel system, formulate and implement channel strategies to achieve regional market performance and strategic objectives.
Keep abreast of market dynamics, actively explore the market, and promptly feedback the dynamics of the market landscape.
Reasonably arrange the sales regions and formulate sales strategies specific to those regions.
Be responsible for the establishment of the local market team and talent cultivation.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or above in relevant science and engineering majors, with English as the working language.
Over 6 years of overseas sales experience and over 3 years of management experience.
Experience in establishing overseas channels and developing ecological partners.
Have an industry background in industrial/collaborative/AI robots, automated standard products, etc., and possess experience in developing product scenarios from 0 to 1 and achieving large-scale sales.
Have long been engaged in the European and American markets, especially the European market, be familiar with local laws, regulations, customs and traditions, and be able to quickly identify target customers and develop target markets.
Strong stress resistance, business expansion ability, and team building ability, and be optimistic, positive, and self-motivated.
