Job Responsibilities:
1. Publish attractive German/Italian promotional content on social media, including company introductions and product information, and spread it through social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
2. Actively interact with potential customers on social media, collect retention information, and establish preliminary customer contacts.
3. Coordinate and follow up on retention leads through email or online meetings, understand customer needs through phone or email, and assist the sales team in facilitating negotiations.
4. Regularly update and maintain the language pages of the company's official website to ensure the accuracy and updating of information.
5. Assist the sales team in conducting market analysis and competitor research, and provide support for developing sales strategies.
