Job Description
Overseas Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Work with existing customers and search for potential customers in the region, implement company strategies to achieve sales target.

2. Launch new products, gain early market acceptance and accelerate penetration.

3. Understand customers’ commercial and technical needs and opportunities. Provide high quality inputs and call reports to ensure a proper market and customer management.

4. Conduct and control all elements of basic sales process, such as offers and contracts. Negotiate of contract terms, such as quantity, payment terms and delivery terms. Negotiate the price within the price range.

5. Manage local distribution channels.

6. Analysis of market development and potentials, propose ideas for improving own market position and exploitation of potentials.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. At least 1-3 years working experiences of sales or marketing related to Coating, Paints, inks or Personcal care.

3. Understand market requirements of customers and end customers in terms of technical performance.

4. Good communication skills and networking capabilities.

5. Willing to travel 50-60%.
