Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the expansion and maintenance of the company's Indian channel business;
2. Collect market information in India, output market research reports, and develop effective market strategies;
3. Develop sales plans based on sales targets and ensure their achievement;
4. Develop, maintain, and manage channel agents in the Indian region;
5. Enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships, and take responsibility for brand awareness and reputation;
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in English, international trade, etc;
2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, fluent in spoken English, with excellent proficiency in East Hindi;
3. Strong market analysis, business development skills, and good communication and negotiation abilities;
4. Have experience in channel business expansion, management, and channel operation;
5. Familiar with the Indian market and able to independently develop channel customers.
