Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Overseas Sales Manager to lead and manage international sales operations. This role requires overseeing factory operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery while driving customer acquisition and retention in overseas markets. As a key management position, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
-Oversee factory operations to ensure product quality, production timelines, and customer satisfaction.
-Identify and reach out to prospective overseas customers to drive new business opportunities.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients to achieve repeat business.
-Lead, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and goal alignment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in related field.
-At least 2 years working experience in related field.
-Strong understanding of factory operations and supply chain processes.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
